The Revoria Press EC2100S allows you to provide higher quality, added value print by utilizing specialty toners as a fifth color, available in gold, silver, clear, pink, and textured paper toner, together with CMYK to help differentiate your business. These specialty toners can be printed as an overlay to CMYK and can all be easily and quickly replaced by the user. Unique patented technology improves productivity, image quality, and paper versatility performance all within a compact size.
The Revoria Press EC2100S / EC2100 use Fujifilm’s advanced Super EA-Eco toner with particle sizes that have been reduced to among the smallest in the industry, and particle shape standardized to enable the super-sharp rendering of detailed characters and fine lines. In addition, with 10-bit depth rendering, gradations, halftones and midtones are reproduced more smoothly and dot shapes more faithfully, delivering exceptional print quality.
The Revoria Press EC2100S / EC2100 are capable of printing up to 100ppm A4 CMYK, and up to 55ppm for A3 CMYK. This speed is achieved for all media weights of between 52gsm and 400gsm. An all new “Vertical Development System” along with an ultracompact LED printhead help maintain a compact, space-saving design.
A range of advanced marking technologies have been introduced in the Revoria Press EC2100S / EC2100 that have improved paper handling capabilities, extending the variety of applications that can be printed, and increasing machine uptime across a wide variety of substrates.
Paper sizes from a minimum of 3.5 × 5.7 in. mm to a maximum of 13 x 51.1 in. (single-sided) are supported. An optional Static Eliminator provides a remarkable static elimination effect on a wide range of media, including single-layer film, synthetic paper, water-resistant paper, and tack paper. The optional Interface Decurler Module D1 offers easy additional curl correction steps, saving the time required for curl adjustments where the printing media is changing frequently.
With the optional Smart Monitoring Gate D1, automatic detection and correction of color density variations and front-to-back misalignments during printing can be performed. Optimization continues throughout the printing process, with little to no decrease in print speed. Real-time correction can be performed during normal printing operations without needing high-level expertise or reliance on special skills.
